We can't even begin to imagine our life without Carla. Carla started walking Clover about 10 years ago, when she was 8 months old, and we could immediately tell that the bond that they shared was special. Clover is absolutely obsessed with her, we've never seen our dog as happy or comfortable with any other human being (other than ourselves) - she treats Clover as her own, and we wouldn't trust anyone else with her. We all love Carla so much, that when moving houses our number 1 priority was to remain close to her and her service area! We honestly don't know what we would do without her!

For me and my eight year old Ganaraskan, Brinkley, Carla is a core member of our pack. She is kind, thoughtful, reliable and gentle. Brinkley, who is anxious and at times temperamental, instantly fell in love with Carla. Carla gets to know each of the dogs she walks and goes out of her way to ensure all of her pups are safe and happy on each and every walk. However, the experience doesn’t stop with your pup! Carla is wonderful to work with. She is communicative, accommodating and always goes above and beyond to make things easier for us pet parents. As someone who has a demanding job and on the go lifestyle, Carla helps me maintain some structure for Brinkley while ensuring she is always taken care of, calm and happy. Carla has been walking my dog, Cannoli, for the past three years, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Cannoli absolutely loves her walks with Carla, and it’s clear that Carla genuinely cares about every dog in her care. She is incredibly attentive to the dogs’ safety and well-being, whether that means putting on boots in the snow, adjusting walks during extreme heat or poor air quality, or ensuring dogs are always securely handled.
She is professional, reliable, and takes both pet and home security very seriously.
Carla has also been wonderfully accommodating when my parents dog joins the walks, always making sure his needs are met as well. When Cannoli was recovering from leg surgery, Carla took extra care to follow her restrictions, kept me updated on her progress and made her return to walking stress free. I have personally seen Carla go above and beyond not only for my dogs, but for many other dogs in the neighbourhood. The love, patience, and dedication she has for the dogs in her care is truly exceptional. Any dog that gets the opportunity to walk with Carla is incredibly fortunate. She treats every dog as if they were her own, and her passion for what she does shines through in every interaction.
The photo updates she sends always brighten my day, and it’s such a relief knowing my dog is getting exercise, socialization and excellent care from someone I trust completely. We are so grateful to have Carla in our neighbourhood.
